SURVIVING PICASSO

Synopsis:

In 1942 Picasso was in his middle 60s, a painter who led the world into a radical new way of perceiving reality. Francoise, an art student, was 23 in that same year. The night Picasso introduced himself and invited her to visit his studio seemed to Francoise to be the beginning of an exciting life offering her many possibilities for creative self-fulfilment, but it also brought anguish and frustration. For a decade, Francoise struggled to survive in a relationship with the most demanding and unfaithful man she was ever to meet.
