SWING KIDS
Germany 1939. One pocket of resistance to the encroaching horror of the Nazis are the ‘Swing Kids’, a group of rebellious teens. They are fascinated by American taste, wear modern clothes and are obsessed by the American ‘swing’ sound of Glenn Miller. This is the story of three such kids, lifelong friends whose fervour for jazz will soon draw them apart as each boy is forced to choose between the freedom of the music and the seductive power of the party.
