Synopsis:
Bullied by his brothers and ignored by his parents, 11-year-old Preston has the experience of a lifetime when a crook in a Mercedes runs over his bicycle and gives him a blank check to pay for the damage. When Preston makes out the check for $1,000,000, and collects the dough from a laundered account, he heads out on a big-time shopping spree -- with both the FBI and the bad guys hot on his trail!
